Great user experience is integral to our products, customer service included! Last July, we launched a large Woody Customer Satisfaction Survey to help us identify improvement avenues. Thank you all for your very useful contribution and mostly very positive feedback!
However, more than half of you stated that Woody documentation was not sufficiently clear and accessible. Point taken!
All summer, we worked at ways to fix that. And we did!
